Jonathan D. Graham President of GPM, Inc.

The principals of GPM, Inc. are Jonathan D. Graham (President) and Thomas Bradley (Secretary/Treasurer). They are third generation contractors and together have over 50 years experience in the construction industry.

GPM, Inc. was incorporated in 1997 and is a Florida General Contracting firm specializing in all types of commercial Wall Systems including Drywall, Interior and Exterior Metal Framing, Plaster, Veneer Plaster, E.I.F.S., Installation of Specialty Shapes and Forms, Masonry, Concrete, and Site Work.

GPM, Inc. is especially proud of its innovative work in the wall systems trade.
We have had to invent new and different ways to adorn historical and totally modern structures in the Tampa Bay area. Two examples of our ability to create new vistas in the world of wall systems in this area are the CentroYbor, and Channelside projects. GPM collaborated with the General Contractor, EIFS, and Form manufacturer to come up with shapes that the owners needed to fulfill their vision for these specific structures. STAFFING

We have over 250 years of construction experience in our administration office, and in field management personnel.

GPM, Inc. started with a small core of experienced and innovative journeymen in the wall systems trade, and has trained an extensive number of qualified tradesmen over the years.

All of our clients realize that this experience and expertise helps with solutions to major construction problems; and coping with challenges of an ever growing and changing industry.
